1 T. canola oil
16-oz. bag stir-fry vegetables of
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
11/2 c. cooked chicken, diced*
1/3 c. ginger salad dressing
6 c. salad greens*
Sesame seeds (opt.)
Chow mein noodles (opt.)
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes
or until just done. Add water chestnuts, chicken and salad dressing.
Cook for 2 minutes. Toss with greens and serve. Sprinkle with sesame
seeds and chow mein noodles if desired. *Leftover chicken or rotisserie
chicken is great. Spinach or any type of greens works
