11/2 lbs. ground chuck 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 T. steak seasoning spice 1 tsp. salt mixture ‘/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Mix beef, steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Form into 8 thin patties. Place 1/4 of the cheese on top of 4 patties. Top with the remaining burgers. Press edges together to completely seal around burgers. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice.
