6 (6- to 8-oz.) salmon filets 1 T. dried basil 3 T. lemon pepper spice seasoning Preheat oven to 475°. Place salmon on parchment lined baking sheet. Salt salmon lightly. Mix lemon pepper and basil. Sprinkle over salmon. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flake easily. Do not overcook!
