1 sm. can mandarin oranges, save the 1 tsp. mustard juice 1/3 c. brown sugar 3 T. butter 4 pork chops Mix butter, mustard, juice and brown sugar. Place in a greased glass dish. Add the pork chops and brown in 375° oven. Turn the pork chops over; pour the oranges on top and continue baking. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
