ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN

6 – Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Salt & Pepper to taste

Glaze:
1 can of orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken and place in a baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes. While chicken is baking, combine the orange juice concentrate, garlic powder, butter, salt & pepper in a sauce pan and allow to cook to thicken sauce. Once chicken has baked for 20 minutes, remove from oven and turn chicken over and spoon the glaze mixture over each piece of chicken and place back in over to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
