6 boneless, skinless chicken Salt & pepper breasts 2 T. canola or olive oil 1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing of choice
Place chicken into a zip top bag. Pour dressing over chicken and marinate for 30-45 minutes. Can marinate overnight. Heat a large skillet and add oil. Remove chicken from marinade; salt and pepper each side. Sauté for about 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
