1 pie crust from dairy aisle 12 eggs 3 T. melted butter 1 c. half-and-half 3 scallions, chopped 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
6 slices ham, chopped 1 T. salt Y2 T. pepper 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Place pie crust in a pie pan and crimp edges in whatever design you like. In a large bowl, break the eggs and beat them completely. Add in melted butter, half-and-half, scallions, broccoli, ham, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix completely. Pour into prepared unbaked crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown. Let quiche set for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve.
