11/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 T. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 T. canola or olive oil Feta cheese crumbles (opt.) Kalamata olives (opt.) Lemon wedges (opt.)
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl. Spread oil on both sides of chicken breasts. Sprinkle with spice mixture from small bowl. Grill on grill pan or outside grill for approximately 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. If using a thermometer, 165°-170° or until juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting through to serve. Top with feta cheese, kalamata olives and lemon wedges squeezed over each chicken breast if desired.
