BLACK-EYED PEA DIP

1 LG CAN BLACK-EYED PEAS, DRAINED
½ C PREPARED SALSA, YOUR FAVORITE
1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
3 OZ CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMPERATURE
½ TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1 ½ C SHREDDED PEPPER JACK CHEESE
TORTILLA CHIPS, TO SERVE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. PROCESS ALL THE ABOVE, EXCEPT TORTILLA CHIPS, IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO A BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. SERVE WITH CHIPS.
