4 – CENTER CUT LOIN CHOPS
2 – TBSP CANOLA OIL
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
6 OZ. GINGERED JELLY (or your preferred jelly)
4 – TBSP. ASIAN SESAME SALAD DRESSING
2 – TBSP. SESAME SEEDS
Salt and pepper loin chops and place in large pan with canola oil and cook chops 3-5 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
While chops are cooking, heat jelly in bowl to melt. Once jelly is melted, add Asian Sesame salad dressing and mix well. Set to the side until loin chops are cooked through. Once loin chops are done, pour glaze over chops and allow to cook for a few minutes until glaze starts to thicken. Remove loin chops and slice. Top with sesame seeds,
HOT BROCCOLI SLAW W/RAMEN NOODLES
1 – 16 OZ. BAG OF BROCCOLI SLAW MIX
1 – PKG. OF BEEF FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLES
1 – PKG. OF ORIENTAL FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLES
2 – TBSP OF ASIAN SESAME SALAD DRESSING
1 – TBSP CANOLA OIL
Cook Ramen noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, saute the broccoli slaw mix in a large pan with a Tbsp. canola oil until heated. Once noodles have finished cooking add to broccoli slaw mix and the Asian Sesame salad dressing, Mix well and top with sesame seeds.
